Job summary

Mother Parkers is seeking a Demand Planning professional to guide industry standard practices and maintain the Demand Plan and Logility system. This role collaborates with sales, marketing and finance to ensure forecasts support business goals.

You will monitor high-volume accounts, evaluate forecast accuracy, and participate in monthly Consensus Demand and S&OP meetings, contributing to inventory strategies and new product launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Sales Planning / Finance.
• APICS certification is an asset.
• Proficient with Logility - Demand Planning and Microsoft AX ERP; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and monitor high-volume accounts.
• Evaluate forecast accuracy and bias; drive corrective actions with account leads.
• Identify and resolve forecast variances and approve updates.
• Participate in the monthly Consensus Demand and S&OP meetings with Sales & Marketing.
• Support commercialization to update forecasts for new projects.
• Assist inventory management through global Integrated Business Planning solutions.
• Highlight emerging demand trends for action planning.
