Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a strategic Supply Chain leader in Canada to drive collaboration with major retail partners and manage a 4-analyst team to deliver top-tier service. The role focuses on CPFR/VMI, inventory optimization, and strong stakeholder influence.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you’ll lead initiatives with Loblaws and Shoppers Drug Mart, shaping replenishment strategies, and delivering sustainable performance improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in CPFR/VMI and replenishment systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic joint business planning with major retail partners to align inventory, promotions, and launch strategies.
• Coach and develop your team, fostering an environment of continuous upskilling and empowerment.
• Manage retail KPIs, optimizing store-level inventory, fill rates, and forecast accuracy.
