Robertson & Company Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Infrastructure & Operations in Toronto (Hybrid).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology procurement or vendor management.
• Experience negotiating infra, cloud, managed services, and tech agreements.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, contract negotiations, supplier governance, and risk management.
• Experience supporting large enterprise technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a lean, fast-moving org.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across infrastructure, operations, and technology services.
• Develop sourcing, negotiation, and contracting strategies for complex engagements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with strategic technology suppliers.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, legal, and risk stakeholders to align sourcing with objectives.
• Support vendor governance and supplier management activities across key partners.
• Analyze supplier spend, contract data, and market intelligence to inform sourcing recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and sourcing recommendations.
• Manage multiple concurrent sourcing engagements in a fast-paced environment.
