• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, contract negotiations, supplier governance, and risk management.
• Experience supporting large enterprise technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a lean, fast-moving org.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement platforms is an asset.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across infrastructure, operations, and technology services.

• Partner with business, technology, finance, legal, and risk stakeholders to align sourcing with objectives.

• Analyze supplier spend, contract data, and market intelligence to inform sourcing recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and sourcing recommendations.
• Manage multiple concurrent sourcing engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, a leading Canadian financial services organization, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support its Infrastructure & Operations technology portfolio.

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, this individual will be responsible for leading complex sourcing initiatives, negotiating technology agreements, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial value while minimizing supplier risk.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating infrastructure, cloud, managed services, and technology agreements.

• Experience supporting large enterprise technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while working within a lean and fast-moving organization.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement platforms is considered an asset.
• Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
