Job summary

Hilti Canada is seeking a Technical Business Developer to drive executive relationships and long-term growth across assigned EPCs, owners, and projects.

You will coordinate domestic and global Hilti resources, execute account strategies, and support the Capture Team in penetrating target accounts. Travel to US training and project sites is required, with strong emphasis on technical sales and relationship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with engineering firms, sales, or business development.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel up to 80%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for EPCs, owners, and projects.
• Coordinate Hilti resources to support key projects and customers.
• Develop account penetration strategies to increase share of wallet.
• Maintain SAP contacts and use SAP Mobile, CRM/CPM for planning.
