Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive large-scale Contact Center Transformation, Customer Service, and Intelligent Operations opportunities. You will shape pursuits, align cross-functional teams, and craft compelling client narratives that win complex engagements.

You will build executive-level business cases, manage multi-million-dollar quotas, and collaborate across Accenture Song, Technology, Data & AI to deliver measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and winning large, complex sales pursuits.
• Demonstrated success carrying multi-million-dollar sales quotas through capture and closure.
• Experience shaping large-scale customer experience, contact center, or operational transformation programs.
• Ability to develop executive narratives, client business cases, and differentiated value propositions.
• Deep understanding of modern contact center ecosystems with leading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales pursuits for large-scale Contact Center Transformation, Customer Service, and Intelligent Operations opportunities.
• Own and achieve a sales quota through the successful capture and closure of complex transformation engagements.
• Develop pursuit strategies that clearly differentiate Accenture Song and position us for success in competitive environments.
• Shape client opportunities by aligning business challenges, customer experience priorities, operational goals, and technology transformation initiatives into compelling transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate across Accenture Song, Technology, Operations, Data & AI, and Industry teams to develop integrated solutions that address client priorities and demonstrate measurable business value.
• Craft executive-level narratives and business cases that communicate the strategic, financial, and operational benefits of transformation investments.
• Lead opportunity qualification, solution positioning, competitive strategy, and commercial shaping activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives responsible for customer experience, operations, digital transformation, customer service, and technology strategy.
• Travel as required.
