Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data 360 practitioner to work directly with clients, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce-based solutions. You will lead hands-on configuration, data modeling, and integration work across discovery, design, and implementation phases.

As a key member of the delivery team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to workshops, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data 360 implementations.
Ability to translate client needs into technical configurations and data models.
Hands-on work across discovery, requirements, design, testing and implementation.
Familiarity with CASL compliance, data governance and contact data management.
Knowledge of Einstein features and Mobile Studio is a plus.
Experience with API integrations and data pipelines within Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data 360 solutions to meet client requirements.
Design and build MCE components including journeys, automations, emails, and data mappings.
Build and validate Data 360 components including data ingestions, mapping, segmentation and activations.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams across project phases.
Contribute to technical documentation and delivery artifacts throughout engagements.
