Canada Life in Toronto is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Relationships to lead a team delivering client-focused service to our group retirement clients. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Canadian insurance/financial industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative culture.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive client retention and portfolio performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide direction to ensure high-quality delivery across client relationships and plan administration.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and regional leaders to align on client strategy and drive outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and distribution partners to reinforce value proposition.
• Oversee resource planning and workload management for team efficiency.
• Act as escalation point for complex client situations and ensure timely resolution.
• Represent Canada Life at events to enhance regional visibility and brand presence.
• Foster regional engagement with broader organizational priorities.
