Job summary

ATCO Structures, Calgary-based, is seeking a strategic Recruitment Lead to shape workforce strategies and drive talent acquisition across executive to skilled trade roles. You will partner with senior leaders, manage a cross-functional team, and drive large-scale hiring initiatives to support project growth.

You will lead workforce planning and implement standardized processes, tools, and reporting to ensure high-quality hires and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment delivery in fast-paced or project-based environments.
• Experience recruiting across diverse talent segments.
• Experience leading workforce planning and large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Ability to coach and develop teams and influence senior stakeholders.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
• Provide strategic leadership for full-cycle recruitment across senior roles to trades and professionals.
• Develop workforce attraction and recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Lead recruitment support for project mobilizations and large-scale hiring programs.
• Leverage labor market intelligence to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences and governance.
