Loyalist Township is seeking a Recreation, Parks & Facilities Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for the division. You will oversee parks, facilities, programming, and rentals, ensuring high customer service and coordinated resources across the organization.

The role requires a strong background in budgeting, staff supervision, and community partnership development, with emphasis on safety and long-term planning in a municipal setting.

Qualifications

• Three-year college diploma related to Recreation, Leisure Studies, Facilities Management and/or a related field.
• Certificate with a regulatory body related to Building Environmental Systems - Facilities Management, Parks and Recreation Management Certificate, PRO and/or Certificate in Recreation Leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of the Division including parks, sports fields, facilities, programming, rentals, and customer service.
• Lead long-term recreation and facilities planning and risk management.
• Develop and enforce policies, performance standards, and service delivery expectations.
