EY Canada’s Strategic Deals Team is seeking an Associate Director, Managed Services Growth & Strategic Pursuits to drive revenue in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will lead strategic pursuits, shape opportunity qualification, and partner with service delivery and account teams to expand existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years in managed services, business development or related roles.
• Proven experience leading complex pursuits and growth initiatives.
• Experience expanding client relationships and driving revenue.
• Experience shaping opportunities from qualification through deal execution.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple service lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Managed Services pursuits and business development opportunities.
• Drive pursuit lifecycle: qualification, solution development, proposals, and negotiations.
• Partner with account teams to identify and advance opportunities.
• Provide quality oversight to improve win rates and delivery readiness.
• Review existing engagements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach Service Delivery Managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and account expansion plans.
• Monitor pursuit activity, pipeline, and key growth metrics.
• Build relationships across Managed Services, service lines, Risk, Finance, and support functions.
• Facilitate pursuit discussions and stakeholder meetings for alignment.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to team and firm-wide initiatives.
