Job summary

EY Canada seeks an Associate Director, Managed Services Growth & Strategic Pursuits to lead strategic pursuits, expand existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth across sectors and service lines. You will collaborate with Managed Services leaders, account teams, and cross-functional partners to shape opportunities and support high-profile deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience in managed services, business development, account management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex pursuits and driving revenue growth.
• Experience shaping opportunities from qualification through deal execution.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple service lines and functions.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic Managed Services pursuits and business development opportunities across sectors and service offerings.
• Drive the pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract execution, including proposal support and client presentations.
• Partner with account teams to identify, shape, and advance opportunities.
• Provide quality oversight to improve win rates and delivery readiness.
• Coach Service Delivery Managers to identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and account expansion plans.
• Monitor pursuit activity, pipeline, and growth metrics; report findings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Managed Services and support functions.
