• 3+ years of experience coordinating proposals, pursuit management, or biz dev support.
• Experience in engineering consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent organization; manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
