Stantec's Buildings group seeks a Pursuit Manager to lead strategy, planning and execution of high-profile pursuits. You will collaborate with Growth Leaders, sector leads, account managers, and project teams to shape opportunities and deliver compelling, brand-aligned submissions.

This role drives win themes, oversees pre-RFP activities, coordinates writing and pricing, and ensures quality across proposals while upholding branding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a senior proposal or business development role.
• A/E/C industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits and proposals for high-profile opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth Leaders, Sector Leaders, and Account Managers to develop win themes.
• Coordinate writing, pricing, and review cycles to ensure on-time submissions.
• Maintain brand standards and messaging across all pursuit materials.
• Drive post-pursuit debriefs and apply lessons learned to future bids.
