Wills is seeking a strategic Pursuit Specialist in Peterborough, ON to strengthen how we identify, develop, and pursue opportunities. You will blend market intelligence, client insight and disciplined pursuit management to position Wills for growth and increase win probability.

Collaborate with leaders, client managers, proposal leads and technical teams to shape pursuit strategies, develop compelling proposals and deliver client-focused presentations.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in marketing, communications, business, planning, engineering, technology, English or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proposal, pursuit, marketing, communications, or business development experience in relevant industries.
• Excellent writing, editing, organizing and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical input into clear client-facing language.
• Experience with proposal schedules, compliance matrices, review gates, pipeline tools, document control and content libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit planning and strategy, coordinating with client managers, proposal leads and technical teams.
• Develop winning proposals, executive summaries, and tailored client communications.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Support knowledge management by maintaining reusable pursuit content and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in pursuit processes, messaging, and competitive positioning.
