Bird Construction is seeking a Proposal Specialist - Buildings East to lead the development and submission of proposals, coordinating marketing tactics and supporting business development initiatives. You will work with corporate and regional teams, manage content, and ensure proposals meet quality and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating content, strategizing on proposal material, and liaising with external vendors to deliver polished submittals within tight deadlines.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree/diploma in marketing/communications, journalism or business-related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a sales, business development or marketing environment with proposal creation responsibility.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate proposal preparation and submission from RFPQ/RFP through to delivery.
• Manage content, deadlines and the pursuit team's inputs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders for input and information.
• Review and edit proposal material and coordinate debriefs.
