Job summary

Ontario Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Clinical Workflow & Documentation to lead the Pb4P Program and provincial digital health initiatives in a hybrid work setting. Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of Ontario healthcare systems, primary care, and referral processes.
• Experience with digital health, EMRs, workflow automation, and interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate provincial clinical workflow and documentation transformation initiatives.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and external partnerships.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.
• Drive adoption and sustainable use of digital health solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden.
• Develop performance measurement and benefits realization frameworks.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure projects align with organizational standards and methodologies.
• Support knowledge transfer and deliverables completion.
