Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional projects in healthcare/biopharma or related field preferred.
• Experience with project planning, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar PM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for medium to large-scale healthcare initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and track project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful execution.
• Monitor scope, timelines, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate governance activities and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Drive risk mitigation and resolution of project challenges.
• Support UAT activities and solution implementation.
• Coordinate objectives, requirements, and success measures with business teams.
