Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA/masters in business, finance, engineering or related field required.
• PMP/ PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile cert strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive project management experience including budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven success leading complex projects with ROI focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager Level 7 is responsible for leading strategic initiatives with a strong focus on business case development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with Agile methodologies and organizational goals.

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of HR transactions

• Advanced financial and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
