Directive Consulting is seeking a bold Programmatic Strategist to lead day-to-day management of SaaS and B2B client programs. You will craft strategies, manage campaigns across DSPs, and deliver insights to optimize performance and pacing.

You will collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams, presenting plans and results to clients. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech (B2B preferred).
• Hands-on media buying and campaign optimization in DSPs.
• Experience building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaigns.
• Strong cross-channel understanding to exceed client KPIs in SaaS/B2B.
