Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency helping SaaS brands generate real revenue through programmatic campaigns across DSPs. We seek a skilled professional to manage strategy, data integration, planning, and optimization to exceed client KPIs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present plans and results to clients, and continuously improve campaign performance in a remote-first setup with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven programmatic experience in publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech.
• Hands-on media buying in DSPs, with a preference for TT D and DV360.
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and measuring success.
• Understanding how paid and organic channels work together to surpass client KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive media strategies.
• Manage data integration for audience targeting and segmentation.
• Plan and set up programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance and pacing.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide actionable recommendations.
