Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency that drives real revenue for SaaS and enterprise brands. We seek a bold Programmatic Strategist to manage day-to-day programmatic campaigns, optimize across DSPs, and communicate results to clients.

You will craft strategic media plans, leverage first- and third-party data for precise targeting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed client KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus B2B experience).
• Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360.
• Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: day-to-day management of programmatic clients, including builds, optimization, and reporting across DSPs.
• Strategy Development: collaborate with internal teams to create media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Data Integration: leverage first- and third-party data for precise targeting and segmentation.
• Planning and Setup: develop programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Optimization: continuously monitor campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals.
• Reporting: generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Troubleshooting: resolve issues related to campaign performance and delivery.
• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for clients, present plans and results.
