Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A to partner with Product Line leadership, delivering forward-looking insights and challenging assumptions to drive performance across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA and Cash.

The role requires ownership of the Product Line P&L, along with forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning, based in Bolton, Ontario. A strong background in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred.
• 5-8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own a full Product Line P&L and act as the finance lead for the product line.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Translate numbers into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop line-of-sight reporting on key top-line and profitability drivers.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting and forecasting accuracy.
• Leverage BI tools and automation to enhance insights.
