Husky TechnologiesTM, headquartered in Bolton, Canada, seeks a Finance Director to lead financial planning, costing, and strategic initiatives for Operations and Supply Chain. The role partners with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Central Operational Support to drive global financial performance.

You will report to the CFO, manage ~15 staff across Bolton and Luxembourg, and shape cost governance, KPI reporting, and long-term financial strategy to sustain growth and shareholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior finance role within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Operations and Supply Chain, with budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Transform costing methodologies to improve product margin transparency and governance.
• Develop long-term financial strategies and assess ROI for investments in supply chain tech and infrastructure.
• Guide cross-functional teams through process and system changes across Finance, Operations, IT, Service and Commercial.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory targets and forecast accuracy.
• Oversee CAPEX budgeting, forecasts and business cases to ensure efficient capital allocation.
