Husky Technologies is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A to partner with Product Line leadership, shape strategic decisions, and drive performance. This role provides forward-looking insights, challenges assumptions, and oversees Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA and Cash with high autonomy.

The position sits at the heart of the business, requiring strong financial modeling, executive communication and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Canadian operations are based near Bolton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a full Product Line P&L and provide forward-looking insights.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop robust financial models and what-if scenarios.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting.
