Job summary

Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Manager, FP&A to lead strategic financial planning and analysis.

You will develop driver-based models, manage budgets and forecasts, and prepare executive-ready presentations to support decisions across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role requires 5+ years in hands-on FP&A, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of hands-on FP&A experience in a complex organization.
• Strong financial modelling and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for production and overheads.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts with scenario analysis.
• Produce margin bridges and cost variance analyses for KPIs.
• Support ERP implementation and build dashboards for metrics.
• Collaborate with accounting and cost teams for timely reporting.
• Provide strategic decision support to Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Identify risks, opportunities and process improvements.
