Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A to act as a true business partner for our Product Line leadership. The role sits at the heart of the business, delivering forward-looking insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning, develop robust models, and translate numbers into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Professional designation (CPA / CMA / CA) or equivalent preferred
• 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance lead for the Product Line, partnering with the GM and leadership team
• Provide clear insights on risks and opportunities, influencing strategic and operational decisions
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the Product Line
• Deliver accurate, timely and insightful analysis versus Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year
• Perform detailed Price / Volume / Mix / Cost (PVM) analysis with clear business storytelling
• Develop robust financial models and “what-if” scenarios to support decision-making
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop and maintain line-of-sight reporting on key top-line and profitability drivers
• Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions
• Support key strategic initiatives and transformation programs
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
• Leverage BI tools and automation to streamline reporting and enhance insights
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems and reporting
• Build financial awareness across the business by coaching non-finance stakeholders

This is not a reporting role — it is adecision-enabling role, with full visibility across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Performance Steering

Act as thefinance lead for the Product Line, partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team

Provideclear insights on risks and opportunities, influencing both strategic and operational decisions

Challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets

Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders → Revenue → EBITDA → Cash)

Lead theforecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processesfor the Product Line
