The role requires strong negotiation, supplier strategy, and cross‑functional coordination, with a track record of delivering value in fast‑paced industrial construction environments and guiding junior buyers.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably within EPC/EPF or industrial construction.
• Experience procuring complex engineered equipment and project materials.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve commercial challenges.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for assigned project scopes, ensuring alignment with schedule and budget.
• Develop sourcing strategies for engineered equipment, bulk materials, and indirect procurement.
• Provide guidance to junior buyers and procurement team members.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Manage change orders, claims, and commercial deviations throughout the lifecycle.
