Job summary

Worley in Calgary seeks a Contracts Manager to lead the contract administration function for major capital projects, with responsibility for strategy, commercial risk, change management, and closeout across EPCM and EPC delivery models.

As a working leader, you will supervise Home Office and Site Contract Administrators, ensure compliant records and governance, and provide commercial guidance to project teams handling prime contracts, construction, and professional services agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in contract administration and contract management on major capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting energy, carbon capture, industrial facilities, infrastructure, or related sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration across EPCM and EPC delivery models.
• Manage contract changes, variations, and amendments with proper documentation.
• Provide commercial evaluations, bid analyses, and award recommendations for assigned packages.
• Interface with clients to obtain approvals and address contractual matters per governance.
