Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Procurement Manager in Calgary, Canada to lead procurement on major projects. Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of EP/EPC/EPCM industry experience (preferred).
• Progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior and intermediate procurement specialists.
• Excellent organizational, technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Senior level Procurement Manager with accountability for procurement performance.
• Lead and manage the procurement team to ensure delivery of procurement activities and adherence to policies.
• Prepare project procurement strategy, plans and procedures; identify potential risks and customer needs.
• Manage budget development and monitoring for projects.
• Liaise with engineering, planning, project controls, construction and quality management to align procurement with project requirements.
