Canadian Pacific Railway seeks a PMO Manager to support engineering leadership with transparent reporting on a $1.2B capital program across North America. You will partner with field personnel and finance to deliver monthly insights, production reviews, and forecast accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, SAP experience, and 5+ years in reporting or program controls. This position is based in Calgary, with a focus on engineering project controls and decision support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, program controls, or engineering analysis.
• Experience with SAP and data visualization is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop monthly capital forecasts by gathering insights, analyzing outlooks, and identifying risks or areas of concern.
• Partner with engineering leadership to address performance challenges and drive actionable mitigation strategies.
• Identify budget constraints and oversee the PCN process in alignment with engineering and finance.
• Lead monthly and annual review meetings with Assistant Chief Engineers to analyze results and forecast refinements.
• Contribute to improving reporting transparency and controls across multiple systems.
