Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in reporting, financial analysis, or related field.
• Experience supporting large capital projects within energy, infrastructure, pipeline, construction, or related sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated experience preparing financial and performance reports, dashboards, variances, and management reporting packages.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial, performance, and management reports, including variance analysis, forecasts, reconciliations, and executive-level reporting.
• Analyze project performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple projects, contractors, and corporate systems with data integrity.
• Maintain reporting standards, controls, documentation, and records for governance and audits.
• Support audits and assurance activities with documentation and traceability.
• Collaborate with Project Controls, Finance, and stakeholders to coordinate reporting requirements and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase reporting efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
