Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Project Manager – Supply Chain Portfolio to lead the integrated pipeline of cost savings, organizational effectiveness, innovation, and CapEx planning. You will provide end-to-end governance, drive disciplined planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment, serving as the execution engine for enterprise initiatives.

You will coach teams on PM best practices, build standard work, and enable leadership with clean reporting and governance routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• PMP designation and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• +5 years of Project Management experience leading initiatives in a cross-functional environment, including cost savings and launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost savings ideation, prioritization, and governance across the organization.
• Coach and enable project management standards and governance practices.
• Lead the development and execution of a prioritized VTO cost savings pipeline and CapEx projects.
• Serve as single source of truth for CapEx tracking, governance, and portfolio reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial to drive execution and remove obstacles.
