Qualifications

• University degree plus 2 years progressively responsible related experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of government business planning and reporting cycles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to influence across the ministry.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational excellence through corporate planning, performance measurement, and data-informed decision-making.
• Provide project management, technical and analytical support, and guidance to ministry staff.
• Coordinate, consult, and quality-control to support planning, reporting and risk management.
• Deliver ministry business plans, annual reports, risk reports, executive agreements, briefings and binders.
• Solicit input from across the ministry and edit content for publication in line with public accountability requirements.
