Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Manager, Strategy, Performance, and Digital Transformation to lead strategic roadmaps for the Material Organization. You will guide a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation, while governing the portfolio of initiatives and driving data-driven improvements.

You will build and maintain KPIs and dashboards, propose process optimizations, and lead change management across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex manufacturing or operational environment.
• Proven experience in organizational transformation and deployment of strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in project portfolio governance and performance management.
• Experience implementing digital solutions and leading change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the Material Organization.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation.
• Govern the portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure governance and evolution of the Operational Control Center.
• Support change management efforts and adoption of new practices.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
