Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Experience Team to deliver seamless, bespoke experiences for aircraft customers.
• Oversee governance for customer-facing teams, ODI Management, concessions, and operational excellence Masterplan.
• Develop long-term strategies with senior leaders to strengthen customer relationships and delivery performance.
• Drive strategic projects across the organization ensuring long-term platform success.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs to manage Canada entry requirements in a dynamic context.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and supervise a highly experienced aerospace team.
