Placements24 is seeking a Partnership Development Officer to foster strategic collaborations across Kimberley. You will identify potential partners, negotiate MOUs, and steward relationships to advance social impact.

The role requires a BA/BS and proven experience in partner development, with strong networking and communication skills. You will represent the organization at events and monitor partnership outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or stakeholder management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse organizations.
Strong understanding of strategic alliances and collaborative frameworks.
Familiarity with the Northern Cape region and its key players is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies for building and strengthening partnerships.
Initiate and maintain regular communication with partner organizations in Kimberley.
Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment.
Represent the organization at networking events and partnership forums.
Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, reporting on outcomes and impact.
