Placements24 is seeking a Non-Profit Operations Manager to oversee Kimberley-based operations and ensure efficient delivery of community programs. The role focuses on resource optimization, policy implementation, and cross-departmental coordination in a mission-driven environment.

The successful candidate will lead administrative and logistical processes, manage budgets with discipline, and drive continuous improvement to maximize impact for the Northern Cape community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a non-profit or similar organization.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, including administrative functions, logistics, and resource management.
