About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional fresh graduate to work directly with our co-founders as we build and scale multiple digital ventures. Think building gaming communities, creating original IPs that can scale globally, scaling up apps that are used by thousands of people to be used by millions of people , and solving real problems with technology. This is hands-on work building products that people want.

As the Strategic Operations Associate, you'll be the co-founders' right hand in turning ambitious ideas into reality. This role is perfect for someone who excels at getting things done, thrives on variety, and wants to build their career by being part of ventures from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Drive Execution: Take ownership of key initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Manage Stakeholder Relations: Follow up with partners, investors, and team members to keep multiple projects moving forward
• Support Strategic Meetings: Attend high-level discussions, capture insights, and ensure all action items are executed
• Create Compelling Content: Develop pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for various stakeholders
• Research Opportunities: Investigate new markets, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
• Coordinate Cross-Projects: Act as the connective tissue between different ventures, ensuring smooth operations

The Reality Check This isn't a 9-to-5 role. You'll need to:

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Travel for in-person meetings (remote-based with regular offline requirements)
• Stay calm and effective under pressure
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
