Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking an MRO Coordinator to lead inventory management and warehousing strategies supporting the Maintenance department in Mississauga. You will leverage SAP/CMMS and MS Office to optimize spares, BOMs, and service levels while collaborating with Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations teams.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in inventory/warehousing or purchasing within an industrial setting, with a post-secondary business diploma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business Admin. or equivalent.
• Familiar with CMMS systems and SAP experience.
• Proven ability to manage inventory/warehousing with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and warehousing strategies to balance downtime and stock levels.
• Perform cycle counts, monthly and year-end closings.
• Set Min/Max levels based on usage, lead times, and service targets.
• Enter BOMs and parts into the CMMS/SAP systems and verify PO conformance.
• Lead KPI reporting and analysis on MRO performance and inventory levels.
