Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking an MRO Coordinator in Winnipeg to maintain inventory and warehousing strategies for critical spare parts. You will collaborate with the MRO team to ensure parts availability, manage SAP data, and uphold safety and food-safety standards.

The role focuses on cycle counts, stock optimization, and process improvements across maintenance operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to our sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of food processing regulations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and warehousing strategies for MRO parts.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile with SAP.
• Set Min/Max levels and monitor spares criticality in SAP.
• Coordinate with planners to ensure parts availability.
• Process returns and manage parts disposition.
• Oversee receiving and issuing processes, and maintain barcodes/RFID.
• Promote safety and compliance with Health & Safety program.
