Job summary

IAMGOLD Corporation is seeking a Senior Planner, Mine Maintenance to lead planning and scheduling for the Mine Maintenance department at the Côté Gold operation in Canada. You will optimize maintenance work using best practices in planning, scheduling, kitting, and staging, while coaching the team to maximize potential.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in asset management and maintenance planning in mining, strong CMMS experience (eAM or similar), and advanced MS Project and data

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of asset management and maintenance planning experience in large open pit mining operations or heavy industrial facilities.
• At least 5 years of proven experience with CMMS systems, with in-depth knowledge of data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in maintenance planning and scheduling for safe, timely, high-quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and asset management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resources to support maintenance plans and achieve targets.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to support planning decisions.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
• Mentor and develop the planning team to maximize potential.
• Collaborate across operations, maintenance, technical services, and supply chain to align plans.
