Job summary

Greenstone Mine, operated by Greenstone Gold Mines LP, seeks an Asset Management Superintendent to lead fixed plant reliability and planning. You will drive reliability initiatives, oversee predictive maintenance programs, and optimize maintenance with SAP CMMS/EAM to maximize equipment availability and lifecycle cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven improvement, and alignment with safety standards. Located at an operating Canadian gold mine with ongoing production plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in mining or mineral processing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or superintendent-level reliability role.
• Strong experience with SAP PM.
• Experience supporting gold processing facilities or similar fixed plant operations.
• Experience with major shutdown and turnaround planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset Management Strategy for Fixed Plant Equipment.
• Lead the Reliability and Planning teams and foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and major maintenance activities.
• Monitor KPIs: Availability, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, PM/PdM compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Metallurgy and Supply Chain to align reliability priorities with production needs.
