Job summary

Maritime Paper Products is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Asset Management Coordinator based in Dartmouth, NS. You will schedule planned maintenance, manage spare parts, and drive reliability initiatives using LLumin CMMS and Power BI.

You will partner with maintenance and production leadership to minimize downtime, optimize inventory, and deliver accurate maintenance analytics and reporting. Strong CMMS skills and 5+ years of industrial experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent (industrial focus).
• Certification in reliability or CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work using LLumin CMMS.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate labor, contractors, tools, permits, and materials for planned work.
• Improve workforce utilization through effective scheduling.
