Responsibilities

• Manage new work requests in collaboration with operations and maintenance supervisors
• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance plans aligned with mill maintenance objectives
• Monitor work order completion, backlog, and schedule compliance to ensure machine reliability
• Ensure materials, services, and tooling are available to perform required work efficiently
• Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to achieve operational excellence
