• Assist with capital projects and ensure scheduled work orders are completed in time.
• Review completed work orders for correctness and completeness.
• Provide guidance to the scheduler when approving, prioritizing and estimating work; assist with developing job plans.
• Participate in production KPI review meetings and maintenance schedule reviews.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and help develop new maintenance tasks to prevent recurrences.
