Epiroc is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical roles across Canada. You will partner with HR Managers, hiring leaders, and regional teams to secure top talent and build lasting pipelines in mining and industrial sectors.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and a strong consultative approach to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience for leadership and business-critical roles.
• Fluency in French (read, write, speak) is required.
• Strong direct sourcing, market mapping, and talent-pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and specialized roles across Canada.
• Define search strategies with business leaders and align role requirements.
• Manage requisition creation, approvals, and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design assessment processes, interviews, offers, and stakeholder communications.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for mining, industrial, and operations sectors.
