Cornerstone Co-op seeks an Associate Director of Building, Ag & Energy to lead the Building, Ag & Energy divisions from St. Paul or Vermilion, AB. The role oversees strategic planning, financial accountability, operations, and people leadership across Home Centres, Gas Bars, Petroleum, and Sales teams.

You will build budgets, drive growth, ensure compliance, and partner with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Facilities to enhance performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in Home Centre and/or Petroleum or related commodities in a competitive, complex environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites or locations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the annual strategic plan for Building, Ag & Energy divisions (Home Centres, Gas Bars, Petroleum).
• Lead, coach and support Managers and Team Leaders to achieve divisional and corporate goals.
• Manage budgets, capital plans and business strategies to hit sales, margin and EBITDA targets.
• Lead growth initiatives including same-store sales, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Provide strategic leadership for operations, compliance and customer service across divisions.
