Job summary

Westview Co-op in Hanna, AB seeks a seasoned operations leader to manage all aspects of the location. You will direct talent management, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and strong financial results.

The role requires 5+ years in progressive leadership within agriculture, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to coaching teams toward high performance. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership roles, preferably in the Ag Industry.
• Commitment to ongoing development and relevant designations/knowledge.
• CCA, PAG or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication, planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hanna location with Westview Co-op and align with core values.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, sales, margins, expenses and inventory turns.
• Coach and develop team members; drive performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with Agro locations, Operations and Marketing on strategies.
• Ensure policies and procedures are executed and followed.
