Job summary

Hilton Foods Canada is seeking a Customer Business Development Manager to manage Walmart relationships and deliver sustainable growth across category areas. Based on site in Brantford, Ontario, you will collaborate with Walmart teams on plan development, promotions and new product initiatives.

You will analyze performance, forecast demand, and present insights to optimize prices, promotions and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience with own label or branded products for a leading Canadian retailer.
• Proven ability to negotiate prices and agreements.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage interface with Walmart Merchant and Product Developments teams to build enduring relationships.
• Develop and implement tactical plans with Walmart to drive volume and market share.
• Coordinate with NPD to align with consumer trends and customer needs.
• Plan and monitor promotional schemes to maximize category volume and profitability.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers, including新 product costs.
• Oversee account administration: forecasting, price confirmations, forms, promotions.
• Provide analytics and reporting to monitor performance and advise remedial actions.
